Most restaurants aren't that keen to give their customers a
forum to discuss the positives and negatives of their dining
experiences. However at CRU in Hoxton, feedback is readily acccepted,
it enables us to ensure that our goal of providing the perfect wine and
dining experience is being delivered.
Without a little bravery and a lot of transparency we believe
nothing changes, however we do know that the good and bad can sometimes
be difficult to express in the restaurant at the time, so please do use
