Starters

Glass of Champagne on Arrival

Ham hock and red lentil soup with thyme oil (vegetarian option available)

Pan fried scallops on roast grapes & toasted almonds

Skewer of roast prawns wrapped in pancetta

Beef carpaccio with shaved parmesan & rocket

Foie gras with toasted brioche, prune, apple and calvados relish

Mulled wine poached pear, pecorino cheese and walnut salad

Followed by rosemary sorbet

Mains

Kelly bronze turkey with Christmas trimmings

Wood roast middle white pork with hazelnut Brussel sprouts and toffee apple

Rack of lamb with gratin of Dauphinois & roast garlic

Pan fried Dover sole on crushed rosemary potatoes & spinach

Char grilled Buccleuch rib-eye with rosemary mashed potatoes and watercress

Oven baked Polenta with wild mushrooms & Gorgonzola

Bay leaf and garlic roast potato Hazelnut Brussel sprouts

Steamed winter greens Balsamic roasted red onion and rocket
