Kelly bronze turkey with Christmas trimmings

Wood roast middle white pork with hazelnut Brussel sprouts and toffee apple

Rack of lamb with gratin of Dauphinois & roast garlic

Pan fried sea bass on crushed rosemary potatoes & spinach

Oven baked Polenta with wild mushrooms & Gorgonzola
