Most restaurants aren't that keen to give their customers a forum to discuss the positives and negatives of their dining experiences, particularly an area for their lucrative "corporate clients".
However at CRU in Hoxton, feedback is readily acccepted, it enables us to ensure that our goal of providing the perfect wine and dining experience is being delivered.
Without a little bravery and a lot of transparency we believe nothing changes, however we do know that the good and bad can sometimes be difficult to express in the restaurant at the time, so please do use this section to share with me Brendan the manger and other customers how you found CRU and ways we can improve.
